How do I return an item?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We allow for returns within 30 days of receipt.
If the product is damaged, defective or we shipped the wrong product - We will replace the product with one that is in working order at no charge to you, and we will cover shipping costs for the return and the replacement.
If the product simply is not what you wanted or you do not feel it fits your needs - We will still accept your return, without a restocking fee! We do ask that you pay for shipping costs incurred in getting the product to you and back to us - and will give you a 100% refund on the product price.
